Chemical Reaction

On-Screen they've bickered and bantered, loved and loathed, not to mention, married, divorced, separated and reconciled enough times to give Elizabeth Tyalor a run for her money. Throughout it all, General Hospital's Leslie Charleson and Stuart Damon have developed the kind of special friendship that few people ever find, let alone hold onto for two decades. We asked the same questions of both actors - separately.

LC: Tracy and Hepburn - or Bonnie and Clyde

SD: Myrna Loy and William Powell. They had great chemistry when they did those Thin Man movies.

If your world ended tomorrow, what would you regret not having done?

LC: Travel. I have not seen enough of the world, and (not seeing more) would make me sad. I've only been to England. I'd like to see a pyramid or take a gondola ride.

SD: Nothing

LC: Acting

What are the biggest differences between men and women?

LC: Men are basically silly, stupid people, and women are very smart.

What task do you most often put off until tomorrow that you should do today?

LC: Any chores or cleaning - you could name almost anything. I've managed to put off going into the kitchen for years now.

If it were perfectly acceptable for adults to play with kid's toys, what would you play with?

LC: Tickle Me Elmo. I know its ridiculous, but I want to play with it.

SD: Teddy bears and musical instruments.

If you could witness any invention or discovery in history, what would you choose to see?

LC: The lightbulb or the telephone. They both would have been exciting.
